Job Description
Position Requirements:
Sales Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager at an NVOCC (NonVessel Operating Common Carrier) with a primary focus on exports to the USA trade lane.
Carrier Experience (Preferred):
At least 5 years of experience working with an ocean shipping carrier in the USA trade is considered a strong advantage.
Sales Performance Track Record:
Individual gross profit from USA export business in 2024 must exceed USD 500000.
The candidates team gross profit for the same segment in 2024 should exceed USD 2 million.
Language Requirements:
Fluent spoken English is a must.
Strong written English is a plus.
Chinese language skills are a plus.
