Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be leading sales growth and developing strategic client partnerships. Your regular duties will be:
- Lead mentor and grow a highperforming sales team with strategic guidance and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to expand midmarket and enterprise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals including fintech healthcare and ecommerce.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through postsale engagement.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing finance support product and development teams.
- Support the sales team in resolving complex customer inquiries and objections with technical expertise.
- Analyse pipeline performance KPIs and trends to improve forecasts and outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events networking opportunities and client meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum 1 year of sales leadership experience preferably in software development SaaS or IT services.
- Strong understanding of software development processes technologies (web/mobile APIs cloud) and product lifecycles.
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English for international communication (Greek is a plus).
- Ability to translate technical offerings into business value for diverse client types.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a handson proactive attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and coach a growing team.
- Comfortable working fulltime onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creative tech studios or digital agencies.
- Background in custom software development or digital product creation.
- Previous exposure to European startup and enterprise markets.
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams.
