Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily IT tasks: laptops (Windows/macOS) printers networks and hardware.
Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee issuance and lifecycle tracking.
Lead device setup and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Resolve IT tickets promptly and minimize downtime.
Implement internal tools and integrations (e.g. HRMS collaboration apps).
Ensure IT security compliance: access control backups encryption patching.
Provide remote support for distributed teams.
Collaborate with vendors for hardware support and procurement.
Document SOPs configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Use GenAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to automate support tasks and improve efficiency.
Required Skills:
12 years of IT infrastructure/desktop support experience.
Proficient in Windows/macOS and mobile device management.
Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WiFi VPN DNS IP).
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Startup experience.
Knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g. Bash AppsScript).
Familiarity with APIs and tool integrations.
