Job Description

Claims Analyst Hybrid Bilingual (French/English)
Vancouver BC Fulltime NotforProfit

A leading notforprofit organization is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their Quebec program team. This hybrid role is ideal for a bilingual professional with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys working with invoices financial reconciliations and member audits.

What You ll Do:

  • Review and approve claims and invoices for Quebec and PEI programs

  • Verify quantities pricing and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy

  • Conduct audits for Frenchspeaking members in Quebec ensuring compliance

  • Issue audit results communicate findings and support followup billing

  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to operational efficiency

What You Bring:

  • 2 years in accounting finance or logistics

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

  • Experience with claims audits or AP is an asset

  • Postsecondary education in administration accounting or similar
