Job Description
- Design and implement endtoend Oracle EPM solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) including modules such as Planning Budgeting Financial Consolidation and Profitability Management.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define EPM architecture and integration strategies including interfacing with PeopleSoft Enterprise systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and support.
- Drive architecture and design decisions while ensuring scalable and sustainable system solutions.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise performance management and ERP solutions.
- Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Architect including handson implementation and solutioning across EPM modules.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Enterprise functionalities and how they align with Oracle EPM platforms.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (preferred) or onpremises implementations.
- Communicate complex technical solutions effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable and robust Oracle EPM architecture.
- Work independently while collaborating in crossfunctional international teams.
- Stay up to date with Oracle best practices innovations and evolving EPM solutions.
