Job Description
Captura Hall is currently seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in written and verbal communication enjoys collaboration and thrives in a fastpaced environment. The Communications Coordinator will support internal and external communication efforts helping to shape the voice of the company and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and edit internal and external communications including newsletters press releases and corporate announcements
Coordinate communication campaigns and assist with event planning and logistics
Collaborate with departments to ensure message consistency
Maintain content calendars and coordinate communication schedules
Monitor media coverage and compile communication performance reports
Support leadership in preparing presentation materials and speaking points
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or similar role
Strong writing proofreading and editing skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work independently or in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
