We are currently seeking a motivated and goaloriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach networking and research
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct client needs assessments to tailor solutions and offerings
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support strategic growth initiatives
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients
Track and report on key metrics related to business development activities
Attend industry events and networking functions as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
