Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Atlanta GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers issue and determining the best solution
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database
Collaborate with internal departments to find timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
