Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This position plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our visitors and staff. The ideal candidate is detailoriented dependable and able to handle multiple administrative responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Maintain office supplies inventory and order items as needed
Support with data entry filing and document management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
