Job Description

The Role:

The Executive Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with customers whilst ensuring that cleaning services are provided following the requirements of the company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Regional Manager on development of project plans timelines and budgets and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the projects progress.
  • Address all requests and complaints received from clients. Complete the necessary documentation to process client requests at Head Office.
  • Be responsible for the daytoday management and operation of the site/sites including ensuring the service performance and Company KPIs handling of complaints and dealing with employment related matters.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and liaise with clients to build maintain and enhance strong longterm relationships
  • Liaise with Regional Manager to establish the budgets for operations. Follow up the budget on a regular basis and make the necessary adjustments to existing contracts/client project.
  • Coordinating and allocating resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor the quality of the job performed by the cleaning team and immediately addresses any problems
  • Engaging and managing stakeholders including providing regular updates and addressing concerns or issues that arise during the project.
  • Administrate the provision of the necessary resources for an effective and efficient flow of the cleaning operation including training of staff.
  • Ensure building data such as waste figures fault reporting etc. is accurate and relayed to Head Office in a timely manner for the production of monthly client reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance implement process improvements and keep relevant policies procedures and resources up to date and available for relevant stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the Companys WHS objectives and procedures are put into practice by the onsite staff and is responsible for providing suitable resources to ensure that an effective service is provided under safe conditions.
  • Holds contact with the Operations Manager to report general issues about the worksites exchange feedback about problematic situations and areas of improvement.

The right candidate will ideally:

  • Have previous experience in the cleaning industry
  • Be a natural leader to lead motivate and support a team ranging from 70 staff
  • Have excellent time and operational management skills
  • Be driven to keen to succeed in a fastpaced environment
  • Be well organised can forward plan and be flexible
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Be experienced in managing budgets forecasting & rostering
  • Understand compliance and health and safety procedures
  • Have intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Qualifications:

  • Hold relevant qualifications in project management or business administration.

Skills Requirement:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in similar role.
  • Proven experience preferably within the Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning industry regulations health and safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this job is between $80000$85000 plus superannuation. (Depending on the experience)
