We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven leader to join our team as the Group Head of Campaign and Communications Strategy. This newly created senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute global customer campaign strategies across both paid and owned channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global customer campaigns including The Adventure Program and Holiday HQ across CRM search DOOH and other targeted paid channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling value propositions customer segmentation strategies and CRM optimisation initiatives to drive customer acquisition retention and engagement.
- Build and lead a highperforming team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure achievement of attendance and enrolment targets while maintaining costperacquisition (CPA) goals.
- Design and share comprehensive monthly performance and Board reports with insights that explain the achieved results in relation to ANZ and Global targets.

Qualifications :
Required Knowledge:
- Demonstrated years of experience in managing CRM or paid digital media channels with a strong understanding of optimisation techniques.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies including media planning creative oversight and campaign performance measurement.
- Significant experience in loyalty and CRM strategy with a focus on customer segmentation and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and drive growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to blend insights with progressive strategies to influence consumer behaviour.
- People management experience with a focus on building and leading highperforming teams.
