Lead the development monitoring and implementation of streamlined administrative systems and processes to support team operations for A&Ds customer services and service rostering.
What youll be doing:
- In collaboration with Team Leaders ensure staff rosters are clientcentred cost effective and prepared in a timely manner.
- Monitor performance of Home Support Services against internal and external service targets and participate in the implementation of inclusive processes to ensure targets are achieved.
- Establish and promote a culture of trust respect client focus collaboration and innovation across Aged and Disability Services.
- Provide effective leadership and foster a positive workplace culture where staff are provided with adequate appropriate and regular supervision in a setting of mutual respect and support.
- Support and promote collaborative relationships between internal and external services providers for the benefit of people using services.
- Contribute to the review and maintenance of guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service provision practice and quality of care across geographical areas.
- Ongoing development of CareLink guidelines system updates and training and support of all Aged and Disability staff in the use of CareLink and CareLink Mobile systems).
- Collect data and generate reports as directed by the Coordinator Home Support Services.
- Troubleshoot Client Management and Telephone System issues and coordinate corrective actions and repairs.
The skills and experience youll bring to the role:
- Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant technology procedures and processes within Aged and Disability Services programs including Client Management Systems (Ca relink and CareLink Mobile) My Aged Care Provider Portal and Genesys.
- Demonstrated understanding of the goals of Aged and Disability Services and the function of the position within the unit including relevant policies and relevant Acts and regulations of both the unit and the wider organisation.
- Proficiency in the development and application of standardised procedures practices Acts and Regulations and an understanding of relevant precedents previous decisions and/or proficiency in the operation of relevant data base utilised within the unit.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and gain cooperation from Council staff recipients and residents from a diverse range of age groups cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to liaise with counterparts in other organisations and with other employees in other functions within Council to resolve intraorganisational problems.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to enable the preparation of correspondence and reports within scope of the position.
Required Certifications & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in related field or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience in Customer Experience and Rostering in a business office management or administrative role.
- Current Drivers Licence
