As a key member of our leadership team you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations ensuring team productivity and fostering a positive and goal-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise mentor and motivate team members to meet performance targets
Set clear goals and delegate tasks effectively
Monitor workflow and ensure high-quality deliverables
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Identify training needs and support professional development
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Report progress and outcomes to senior management
Help resolve team issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Qualifications :
