Job Description

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that drives the success of our programming and marketing clients At NBCUniversal we are looking for a talented Client Services Coordinator to work closely with brands post teams and internal Tech Ops departments to ensure seamless execution of services. This role is pivotal in orchestrating daily requests and maintaining service costs and budgets.

What Youll Do:

  • Plan and schedule staffing for editorial audio color correction and prep requests.
  • Enter work orders and employee assignments in ScheduALL application.
  • Support marketing clients and client services team using Air Table application.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather details for executing requests.
  • Collaborate with client service management to assess financial impact and allocate hours for post services.
  • Work with Post Management and CS team on training plans new hires and crosstraining initiatives.
  • Reconcile daily work orders and maintain pacing documents.
  • Pull reports from ScheduALL and Tableau to track project hours against budget.
  • Provide operational support for postproduction management and client services team.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues in our Portal/PTO application.
  • Manage and track time off requests for all Post employees.
  • Assess processes to develop workflow improvements for increased productivity and growth.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for new workflows and changes.
  • Assist Client Services team members in supporting tracking and reporting to clients.
  • Service client base in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a BA/BS Degree
  • 2 years of experience in postproduction environment with 1 year in client services.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects budgets and client requests independently.
  • Strong communication and client service skills for interacting with coworkers clients and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Excel.
  • Extremely well organized.
  • Ability to train others.
  • Willingness to commute to Stamford Connecticut and work overtime including weekends.
  • Hybrid role: Contribute from the office a minimum of 3x a week in Stamford Connecticut.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ScheduALL Airtable Tableau or similar scheduling/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with postproduction workflows and terminology.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.
  • A passion for media entertainment and behindthescenes magic.
  • Portfolio or reel of past work (if applicableplease include a link when applying).

Hybrid: This role will contribute to a hybrid environment generally contributing from the office a minimum of 3x a week from Stamford Connecticut.
