Job Description
The Custodial Manager is responsible for supervising the janitorial supervisory staff and maintaining a clean and orderly environment at CMIs customer site in Washington DC.
Key Job Functions
- Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition
- Oversee and perform routine custodial and exterior grounds tasks
- Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5 years in the janitorial services supervisory experience in facilities of at least 800k sq feet in size.
- Previous experience in cleaning maintenance or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
