If you are successful in being selected for this role you will be offered a contract as a Sales Advisor and enrolled in a training program. This program designed to prepare you for a Floor Manager role and offers you a unique opportunity to gain handson experience from industry experts and develop essential leadership skills in a vibrant retail environment.
Please note that progression to a Floor Manager role is based on role vacancy and your suitability at the end of the program.
What you will learn:
As the Sales Advisor you are the friendly faces that greet our customers and embody the heart of our brand.
Youll have the opportunity to provide customers with highlevel service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor youll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.
Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm youll guide our customers through their journey offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together in collaboration with your team youll create moments that matter.
While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have theyre not mandatory.
