Job Description

The Marketing Manager for Clinics (B2B) will own the endtoend strategy and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at clinics driving lead generation and nurturing efforts to convert clinics into active users of Doctoralias platform. This role will be instrumental in scaling acquisition efforts developing tailored messaging for clinics and optimizing the customer journey to create sustainable growth in the B2B vertical.

Strategy Development:
Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at acquiring clinics and healthcare professionals as B2B customers.
Create segmented campaigns and messaging tailored to clinic managers and healthcare decisionmakers.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align campaigns with sales goals and product launches.

Campaign Management:
Plan and oversee multichannel campaigns across email social media paid media and events to generate qualified leads (MQLs).
Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Implement datadriven optimizations to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Content and Collateral Creation:
Oversee the creation of B2Bfocused marketing assets including brochures white papers webinars and case studies.
Work closely with the content team to develop materials that highlight the value of Doctoralias solutions for clinics.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Track campaign performance metrics analyze lead generation funnels and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Monitor customer behavior and market trends to refine marketing approaches and improve engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the main liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and conversion goals.
Work with the product team to communicate value propositions effectively to clinic customers.


Qualifications :

Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
5 years of B2B marketing experience ideally in healthcare SaaS or tech industries.
Proven track record of executing successful lead generation campaigns.
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
Proficiency in campaign tracking tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and B2B marketing best practices.
