Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams driving business objectives by gathering requirements analyzing processes and recommending datadriven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs objectives and challenges.
- Elicit document and manage clear and concise business requirements (BRDs FRDs use cases user stories).
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas of improvement or automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Management Development QA and Operations.
- Support testing efforts by preparing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.
- Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations for stakeholders and team members.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in change management and adoption activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Office Visio or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferably: Retail Domain experience.
