Job Description
The Manager will lead the operational backbone of a dynamic and expanding broadcast media and production company. The role focuses on delivering highquality media services coordinating complex field and studio operations and sustaining service excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Qualifications :
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Broadcast Media Engineering Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree is an asset.
Required Experience & Certificates:
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within the broadcast satellite or media production industry.
Required Skills:
Indepth understanding of satellite transmission studio operations and live production logistics.
Strong leadership and project management abilities with a demonstrated capacity to handle highpressure environments.
Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tasks and Duties:
Oversee the full scope of company operations including satellite connectivity live media coverage studio management dubbing and rightsbased content distribution.
Ensure the effective deployment of resources for live broadcasts international coverage and studio hosting activities.
Manage a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers producers field crews and support staff to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
Drive operational excellence by implementing industry best practices and maintaining high communication and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines budgets and risk factors to deliver clientfocused costeffective solutions.
Coordinate with the executive leadership on business strategy execution and expansion plans.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and technical specifications.
Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
Analyze service performance metrics and implement action plans for optimization.
