Job Description
- Oversee daytoday transport operations including routing scheduling shiftwise cab allocations and timely employee pickups/dropoffs.
- Manage cab vendor relationships contracts SLAs performance metrics and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality service.
- Lead and mentor the transport team (executives dispatch and ground support) ensuring high performance accountability and morale.
- Prepare and manage transport budgets track expenses and implement costeffective strategies without compromising service quality.
- Ensure adherence to local transport laws company policies and safety regulations. Prepare periodic reports for internal reviews and audits.
- Conduct regular checks and audits of cabs for hygiene roadworthiness GPS functionality emergency support and driver background verification.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee transportrelated concerns ensuring timely resolution and enhancing satisfaction.
- Manage emergency response protocols including accident management and alternate transport arrangements
Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Diploma in Logistics/Operations preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate transport/cab operations
- Prior experience managing largescale transport setups (300 employees/day)
- Working knowledge of transport compliance laws safety protocols and budgeting

- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel transport management tools and MIS reporting
- Strong understanding of Hyderabad city routes and peak traffic patterns
- Crisis management and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
