Transport Administrator Maternity Cover (12 Months Training)
Salary: 33348
Shift Pattern: Monday Friday and rotating between 04:00:00 / 06:00 13:00 15:00 start and finish times (working every other Saturday with a rest day mid week)
45 Hour Week

Great opportunity for a talented Transport Administrator to join theteam in our Dagenham main focus of the role is toprovide support to the drivers once they have completed their drops.
As part of your duties you will fully brief and debrief drivers regarding delivery performance. Youll be preparing paperwork filing answering incoming and outgoing phone calls and responding appropriately in a professional manner. Youll need to be computer literate to input driver adjustment queries and customer credits using SAP when required along with cash office duties and invoicing.
To join us in this role you will be an experienced administrator with previous knowledge or experience of fleet or transport would be advantageous. This is a busy role which requires you to work to clear timelines so you will be able to prioritise effectively to manage your daily workload. You will have great communication skills be tenacious and resilient and above all have a desire to deliver results.
This role is extremely varied and vital to the entire warehouse and transport will be part of a team of 2 front desk workers supporting with administration tasks across this 24hour operation so teamwork is essential in liaising effectively with colleagues on other shifts.
