Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for marketing and communications Ready to make an impact in a global business from day one Join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team where youll gain hands on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while supporting business critical initiatives.
Were looking for an energetic driven and creative graduate to support the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns content creation and datadriven marketing activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and gain exposure to real world marketing in a fast paced collaborative environment.
This role will base based from Hemel Hempstead 23 days a week.
What youll be doing:
- Collaborating with site leaders and the office manager to support local marketing activities.
- Assisting with webinars email marketing and multichannel campaigns.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Supporting product launches and campaign planning.
- Assisting in the creation and editing of content (e.g. articles insights internal updates).
- Managing campaign data reporting on performance and measuring customer satisfaction.
- Supporting promotional activities across social media direct mail and the company website.
- Preparing corporate and promotional presentations and proposals.
- Helping to create visual assets including graphics and videos.
- Carrying out daily administrative marketing tasks to support the wider team.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. CRM systems analytics platforms) we use Sharpoint and Hubspot but full training is provided.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- An interest in digital marketing social media and content creation.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint Excel and Word.
