Job Description

Swisstel is looking for an exceptional EXECUTIVE CHEF.

STARTING: JUNE 1 2025

Swisstel Marinsk Lzn brings to the Czech Republic a cuttingedge hotel concept that combines Swiss precision with exceptional hospitality. We are proud that our hotel is the first in the Czech Republic under the prestigious Swisstel brand and we are currently looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead our gastronomic team and take the culinary experience to the highest level.

In September we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will also include the 105 Dining Lounge The Bohemian Bar our Swiss Caf and the rooftop terrace Pod oblaky Lifestyle Lounge. In addition the hotel will have three conference rooms and a boardroom. Another highlight of the hotel will be the Provel Spa & Sport which combines Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Marinsk Lzn.

This unique opportunity combines Swisstels international reputation with the history of the spa town.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Executive Chef who wants to share his culinary excellence. If gastronomy is more than just a job for you and you want to participate in creating unique gastronomic experiences then you are the one we are looking for.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

  • Planning organizing and supervising the entire kitchen pastry and stewarding
  • Team management and motivation training and development of the kitchen team
  • Creating seasonal menus according to our VITALY concept for all venues
  • Emphasis on working with fresh and highquality ingredients implementing modern culinary trends
  • Ensuring high standards of quality hygiene and safety
  • Effective budget management cost optimization waste management and an ecological approach
  • Collaboration with other hotel departments

Qualifications :

Who Are We Looking For Ideal Candidate:

  • A modern gastronomy enthusiast who knows that food is more than just food.
  • A leader with a passion for teamwork and mentoring you can motivate and develop your team.
  • A creative spirit who is not afraid to experiment and bring new trends.
  • An experienced manager who can handle budget strategy and effective operations management.
  • A professional with appropriate education in gastronomy or hospitality.
  • A professional with knowledge of Czech and English; German and another language is an advantage.
  • A chef with at least five years of experience in a professional kitchen of which at least three years in a management position recently.
