Job Description
Minimum 7 years of experience in developing administrating and supporting ServiceNow ITOM
Extensive and proven experience with supporting developing and implementing ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping) Software Asset Management Hardware Asset Management and configuration management database (CMDB) in an enterprise production environment. Event & Alert Management configuration Software Asset Management and CSDM data model.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and XML with handson experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
Working experience with forms fields view client scripts UI policy and actions
ServiceNow Certifications in CMDB Discovery Software Asset Management Event management CSDM Hardware Asset Management and ServiceNow Administration either 1 or 2 mandatory.
Experience supporting mid servers running on Microsoft Windows Servers.
Knowledge of Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) services Google cloud platform and integration with ITOM is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions
Experience with API Integrations with other systems
Teamwork ability. Must be good team player.
Strong Organizational skills and excellent work ethics.
