- Full time role with varying shifts across all 7 days
- Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficiently
- Lead our frontofhouse team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests
- Problem solving you never know whats going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issues
- Liaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when needed
- Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service at similar level with an events and conferencing background
- Hold a valid RSA essential
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guests
- A teamplayer ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
- Excellent communication skills problem solving and adaptable to different situations
- Someone who can lead by example as well as positively influence and motivate the team
