As the Sr. Director Head of Clients at Visa you will be at the forefront of driving Visas growth and innovation in the most exciting SEA market Thailand. This pivotal role involves leading the endtoend sales and business development strategy for a diverse range of clients including issuers acquirers sellers fintech companies conglomerates and other partners.
You will lead a team that is the face of Visa in Thailand a collaborative team who are obsessed with empowering clients of all sizes to succeed with Visa leveraging our extensive range of products and solutions. Together you will foster a culture of teamwork and innovation ensuring that our client interaction is an opportunity to drive growth and deliver exceptional value.
This role has a broad focus across Visas three strategic focus areas:
Core Consumer Payments: delivering seamless and secure payment solutions that meet the everyday needs of consumers.
Commercial & Money Movement Solutions B2B & Corporate Payments: providing businesses with efficient and reliable payment systems to streamline their operations and enhance their financial management.
ValueAdded Services: offering a suite of innovative services such as Advisory CyberSource Loyalty Solutions Data and Risk solutions to help clients optimize their operations and drive growth.
You will collaborate with Visa teams across Thailand and the Asia Pacific region positioning Visa as the unrivaled industry and thought leader. You will collaborate and engage with clients partners regulatory bodies and peers driving innovation and shaping the future of payments in Thailand.
Additionally the Head of Clients will:
Strategic Execution: Translate Visas longterm strategy into specific actionable objectives and plans for the market ensuring alignment with key Visa stakeholders.
Build Strong Partnerships: Proactively manage relationships with the largest and most influential clients in Thailand. Strengthen partnerships and drive crossselling of Visas comprehensive suite of products and solutions.
Drive Market Growth: Develop and execute client development strategies and revenue objectives to increase personal consumption expenditure (PCE) penetration Visa seller volume market share and data processing revenues. Foster acquirer seller and consumer preference for Visa.
Identify Opportunities and Mitigate Risks: Focus on the development of mediumterm account plans. Structure and model commercial deals that promote growth while identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
Inspire and Lead: Guide a team of Account Executives to generate significant new business for Visa across the market. Develop innovative initiatives and implement targeted gotomarket strategies to reach both traditional and new segments.
Cultivate a HighPerformance Culture: Coach and direct team members in the daytoday execution of sales activities. Establish a customerfocused performancebased sales culture.

What you will need:
Minimum 15 years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead high performing sales and account management teams in deepening and expanding client relationships
Proven track record in managing complex commercial partnerships ideally within the payments financial services digital or fintech sectors
Strong understanding of various payment schemes and networks understanding their operations and regulatory requirements
Deep understanding of the financial seller and digital ecosystem in Thailand with a customercentric approach to navigating this landscape
Growth mindset and customer obsession a relentless focus on understanding and meeting customer needs always working backwards from the customer to provide solutions to meet or exceed expectations
Strategic analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and inspires the team to reach new heights a true change agent
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including product marketing and client success team to drive cohesive strategies
Outstanding executive communication skills so as to serve as a spokesperson for fintech innovation and strategic partnerships within Visa and across the industry
What will also help:
Previous experience in leading a transformation agenda with a large Multinational company with proven track record of success.
Understanding of the technical aspects of digital payment solutions to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with Visas adoption of Gen AI in the context of digital payments use cases to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and stay ahead of industry trends
