Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers storage networking power and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and were looking for talented people who want to help.
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. Youll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Do you have a background in building programs and products for energy or utility programs Are you excited to work on the worlds largest cloud computing infrastructure Are you passionate about making an impact in power and sustainability industry In this role you will define program and product strategy requirements and influence the design development testing deployment and maintenance of products that scale to meet AWSs infrastructure energy and sustainability goals. You will work backwards to define roadmaps and drive execution across stakeholders. This role will support AWSs sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver automation data management and analytics to help achieve our scale. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical people at every level both internally and externally.

3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering/Computer Science or similar field
Masters or MBA in related field
Proven experience leading initiatives related to power/energy/utilities programs and products infrastructure development or data center planning
Proven experience diving deep into data existing processes people and systems in order to simplify complex processes
Experience with business intelligence platforms or building data analytics tools.
Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements developing analysis to solve their business problems and collaborating crossfunctionally to deliver results
Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership suppliers and customers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
