M&E Manager - Main Contractor (Mechanical/Electrical/MEP)
Klang Valley High-Rise Warehouse High End Projects Full-Time
Job Summary
We re looking for a hands-on and technically strong M&E Manager to lead mechanical and electrical coordination across large-scale projects including high-rise logistics hubs and big developments. You ll manage the full M&E lifecycle from design to commissioning ensuring timely delivery quality standards and seamless collaboration between consultants contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee M&E planning installation testing and commissioning for live projects
Coordinate with consultants clients and authorities to resolve technical issues
Supervise M&E teams and contractors to meet timelines quality and safety targets
Manage procurement budget tracking and resource allocation for M&E works
Ensure compliance with codes CCC processes and statutory requirements
Provide technical guidance to site teams and junior engineers
Monitor project progress troubleshoot site issues and report to senior management
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Electrical or related fields
5 years experience in M&E project delivery within construction
Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing fire protection and electrical systems
Proven experience in high-rise commercial warehouse healthcare high value projects
Proficient in M&E design tools and construction project software
Familiar with CCC documentation and local compliance standards
Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills
