This role leads the coding team ensuring accurate billing and efficient operations. In this role you will
- Oversee daily operations staffing and performance
- Conduct hiring training and evaluations
- Maintain quality productivity and compliance standards
- Lead process improvements and manage budgets
Exceptional skills and qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (Certified Procedural Coder (CPC) Certified Coding Specialist (CCS))
- RHIA or RHIT preferred
- 3 years coding experience (required)
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
