Job Description
Position : Operations & Finance Analyst
Work Hours (Client) : 9am 5pm EST 3 hours overlap with EST required)
Holidays : 5 days annual PTO
Pay Range : $1000 $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa Philippines

A premium vacation rental and property management company in Florida.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We re looking for a sharp organized and analytical team member to support our operations and finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning messy data into actionable insights can spot trends and outliers quickly and communicates clearly and confidently.
You ll be working closely with operations and finance leadership to review reports clean and refine data and ensure that the information we share with stakeholders is accurate insightful and wellpresented.
- Run and generate reports using existing systems
- Review raw field reports (e.g. repair technician notes) edit and refine for clarity
- Clean and structure large sets of data for reporting purposes
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize merge and analyze data
- Identify trends anomalies and outliers in operational data
- Create userfriendly tasks
- Support decisionmaking through clear structured analysis
- Communicate findings effectively to internal teams and owners
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Experience: 3 years of related experience
MustHaves:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables formulas)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical ability
- Comfortable reading unstructured content and transforming it into polished outputs
- Speed accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Able to quickly learn and leverage internal systems for data/reporting tasks
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in operations or finance support roles
- Familiarity with standard reporting tools or BI dashboards
Work Hours & Flexibility
- Estimated 9am 5pm workload (your local time) with at least 3 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (EST)
- Flexibility is welcome as long as key deliverables are met and collaboration windows are respected
