Join Our Team: New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (NPT PM)

Etch Manufacturing is looking for an experienced New Product Transition Program Manager to lead the successful transfer of new technologies from design into high volume production. This is a highimpact role that blends strategic vision with handson execution operating in a fastpaced environment.

What Youll Do

As the NPT PM you will be responsible for the endtoend success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. Youll lead complex programs aligning teams across engineering supply chain and operations to bring cuttingedge products to maturity.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Own the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope budget and scheduleas defined by the Business Unit (BU) and PDP process.
Lead CrossFunctional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers Materials PMs DFX Manufacturing Supplier Engineering and the BU.
Pilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.
ProblemSolve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between the BU NPI teams and Volume Manufacturing.
Drive Commercialization Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability.
Mitigate Risk: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.
Engage Leadership: Deliver highlevel presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
Own the Details: Define project scopes develop schedules plan resources and track budgets and deliverables.
Facilitate Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline processes and elevate crossteam collaboration.
Coordinate Execution: Organize and lead meetings track action items and ensure followthrough across teams.

What You Bring

Were looking for a strong communicator team leader and problemsolver with a solid foundation in manufacturing and program management.

Required Qualifications:
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations product lifecycle and change management processes.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across engineering operations and executive leadership.
Strong leadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Experience managing technical programs with measurable business impact.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint and project management tools.
Bachelors degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).

Preferred Skills:
Handson manufacturing engineering experience.
PMP or Scrum certification.
Experience with SAP.
Background in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade jobrelated knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
