- Designanddeveloptrainingmaterialsmarketingmaterialsformsandmanuals for the company.
- Proofspecimeneditcontentandpublishedmaterialsbeforeprinting.
- Creates visual layouts for print and digital publications ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and maintaining high quality.
- Workswithuserstodevelopmaterialsinaccordancewithuserspecificationsand time frame.
- Plansand organizesprintingand shippingproductionwith NPC management.
- Monitorsassigned projects toensurequalityof theproduct and timelydelivery.
- Providescontinualstatusupdatestothe PublishingManagerontheprogressof current jobs and potential problems.
- Assistswithallotherdutiesas assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of graphic design techniques and designer software.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe InDesign Photoshop and of or the ability to learn Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office Suite.
- Network basics for file transfers and management.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn Xerox print services copiers fax machines and other office tools.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn Rain and Hails products services and systems in order to implement effective design strategies.
- Ability to proofread and edit copy.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn the terminology used by the insurance industry and the company.
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive business relationships with company personnel outside resources and customers.
- Ability to remain calm and professional.
- Ability to be organized and multitask.

QualificationsHighSchooldiplomaorGEDrequiredwithatleast13yearsofrelatedexperienceoran Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in graphic design or other related areas.
