Our goal is driving timely response recovery and communicate on all critical issues. We monitor and respond to these issues toreduce downtimeandensure preventionof future outages.
As a Sr. Response Manager in the TOC you will:
- Lead and facilitate the entire incident management process from detection to resolution and post incident review.
- Including identification logging categorization prioritization and resolution of incidents.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and effective incident resolution.
- Conduct postincident reviews and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact during these critical incidents providing clear and concise communication to all affected parties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to incident management.
- Ensure timely communication and collaboration to restore services and minimize business impacts.
- Drive the process of root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement measures.
You will get the opportunity to interact with multipleretail solutions and technologies including Supply Chain Merchandising Stores and Digital as well as all infrastructure components from cloudbased computing toall enterpriselevel network solutions.

About you:
- 2year college degree OR equivalent related experience.
- Technology experience inanITsupport or operations role.
- Experience in anincident managementormajorincident response role
- Strong facilitation skills that can navigate through complex incidents and multiple teams
- Understanding of solving complex problems with information technology software and hardware.
- Effective time management skills; ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyand ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage highstakes situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven decisionmaking and influencing skills
- Broad knowledge of technologyacross application and infrastructure environment.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience in Retail
- Collaborative tea
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
