Job Description
As a leading hotel in the luxury marketWaldorf Astoria Beverly Hillsis looking for aPersonal Conciergeto join theTeam at this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5Star AAA 5Diamond hotel has 170 rooms 6300 square feet of banquet space and 4 food and beverage outlets.This includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant a JeanGeorges rooftop restaurant lobby lounge and inroom dining.

- Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs while creating a sense of weve been expecting you.
- Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
- Handle guest checkin concierge services luggage assistance door assistance unpacking service welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required.
Classification:FullTime
Pay: The pay rate for this position is $29.32 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment the pay rate will increase to 90% per the collective bargaining agreement.
