Were looking for a motivated and relationshipdriven BDM Partnerships to join our global team at EMCD the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe and a trusted name in crypto infrastructure. This role is focused on developing longterm partnerships across Asia with full flexibility to work remotely from anywhere including Hong Kong Taiwan Singapore or other key markets in the region.
Youll be promoting our EMCD Mining Pool building lasting relationships with industry players and driving business growth through strategic collaborations. This is a highimpact role with the opportunity to influence EMCDs presence in one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving regions for crypto adoption.
What Youll Be Doing:

Promote EMCD Mining Pool services to prospective partners across Asia.

Identify and approach potential clients in the crypto and mining ecosystem.

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing deals.

Build and maintain longterm trustbased business relationships.

Independently generate leads through networking cold outreach and market insights.

Work closely with international teams to align on goals and regional strategies.

Track your performance and contribute to team growth and KPIs.
What Were Looking For:

Nativelevel Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.

Experience in B2B tech sales (IT cloud SaaS fintech or related industries).

Understanding or interest in crypto mining or blockchain infrastructure.

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Goaloriented mindset and selfdiscipline in remote environments.
