Customer Care with a Finance Company (French Language)
Office Location is Centro Empresarial de Braga Ferreir Rua Professor Henrique Barros LT A4 e ABraga Portugal
Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 168 per month growth with 12 bonuses per year

Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative youll be the first point of contact for Frenchspeaking customers of a leading Consumer Credit Platform. Youll assist clients with inquiries related to accounts payment plans credit applications and general supportproviding clear professional and timely solutions.
What Youll Do:

Handle incoming queries via phone email and chat in French

Assist customers with credit applications billing inquiries account updates and platform navigation

Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations

Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction

Deliver exceptional service that reflects the values of our partner brand

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1 level or above)

Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Previous experience in customer service finance or tech support is a plus

Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment

EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
