Our client is an award winning Property Development company that focuses on high quality residential and commercial properties. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet companys objectives.
- Conduct market surveys provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends.
- Plan organise and implement sales launches advertisement and promotion activities.
- Maintaining websites Facebook page and looking at data analytics.
- Liaises relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitor regularly.
- Manage the production of marketing collaterals.
- Assist in planning and the preparation of customer engagement campaign.
- Assist in managing public relations and communications to strengthen brand presence.
- Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing in property development industry or related field
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia English. Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills problem solving skills
- Hands on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties
- Willing to travel and work at Selangor / Kuala Lumpur
- Preferably executive specializing in property / real estate or equivalent
Remuneration:
RM 4000 RM 6.000
Working Hour:
Monday Friday 9am 5:30pm
