As a Lead Software Engineer for Temenos at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management technology youare an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance build and deliver trusted marketleading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. As a core technical contributor you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firms business objectives.
Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Leads multiple technology and process implementations for Temenos across IPB teams to achieve IPB Platform Modernization objectives
- Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus
- Provides leadership and highlevel direction to teams while frequently overseeing employee populations across multiple platforms divisions and lines of business
- Design and develops solutions to implement deliver productionise and roles out the product.
- Acts as the primary interface with various business teams stakeholders and executives driving consensus across competing objectives
- Manages multiple stakeholders complex projects and large crossproduct collaborations
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Hands on expertise in Temenos suite of products.
- Experience developing or leading large or crossfunctional teams of technologists
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed complex organizations and delivering value at scale
- Experience leading complex projects supporting system design testing and operational stability
- Experience with hiring developing and recognizing talent
- Extensive practical cloud native experience
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g. cloud artificial intelligence machine learning mobile etc.)
- Expertise in Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics or a related technical field
- Experience at coding level
