Conduct statutory medical checkups safety audits and mock drills with proper reporting.
Submit returns: ERI (quarterly) ESIC (monthly) Factory & Labour Office (annual) DG Duty (quarterly) Labour Welfare Board (halfyearly).
Maintain attendance records for onroll and contract workers.
Process contractor bills auditor/visitor arrangements and related expenses.
Maintain legal and employee records (onroll contract workers security).
Handle HR formalities: employee onboarding full & final settlements assist in payroll
