Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to 40000

Our client a warm and welcoming early years service dedicated to creating a safe and inspiring environment for young children is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos not only committed to quality childcare but also to shaping the next generation in a setting where staff are truly valued.


As Nursery Manager you will be at the heart of the serviceleading by example ensuring high standards of care and supporting a team thats passionate about helping children thrive. Youll bring both your leadership skills and early years expertise to drive a nurturing and inclusive culture where every child and staff member feels seen and supported.

What Were Looking For:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Proven experience managing a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and current early years frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • A peoplefirst approach with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and childcentred care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
  • Inspire mentor and manage a team of early years professionals
  • Build positive relationships with children families and staff
  • Develop and implement highquality early years provision
  • Monitor and support staff development through training appraisals and supervisions
  • Manage nursery budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure safeguarding health and safety and wellbeing are at the core of everything the service does
