Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Ops Professional to help drive sales strategyplanning reporting and analysis efforts in our EMEA Senior Analyst will be responsible for taking data and turn it into actionable insightsthat drive business performance influencing key business decisions including gotomarket strategies resource allocation process improvement metrics and dashboards.

You must be able to work crossfunctionally to drive efficiency and performanceimprovement across multiple operational and financial metrics throughout EMEA. Youwill generate reports and analysis which drive insights that support decisionmaking andhelp define land and execute on our key strategic priorities for the will support running the business cadence helping navigate the complexities ofsystems and tools as well as collaborating with crossfunctional teams to solveproblems design manage and successfully deliver projects against operationalstandards.

The Senior Analyst will help scale the operations of Elastics EMEA business byproviding the systems and business insights the organization needs to optimize sales
performance effectiveness and International Sales Operations team has a successful track record of initiatives andreports into a global framework that has impacted Elastic globally resulting in the teamwinning several awards over the last two years. The successful candidate will beexpected to continue to drive this impact and growth to the next level.

Responsibilities will include pipeline analysis sales performance analyses forecastpreparation territory management quota assignment report preparation and deep
analysis of our efficiency in the market. The Senior Analyst enjoys analysing data lovesdisrupting the inefficient and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Reporting to theSenior Director International Sales Operations this person will be resultsorientedflexible and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

What you will be doing

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable measurableprojects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales
    productivity.
  • Perform indepth analyses on the leading inprocess and lagging indicators tosupport strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Provide analytical and daytoday operational activities support.
  • Perform data analysis and modelling to identify trends and efficiencyopportunities. Build and maintain tools and dashboards to help with reporting
    and analytical needs of the team and key stakeholders.
  • Engage in adhoc analyses to understand business performance/user metricsKey Performance Indicators and provide concise summaries and
    recommendations to management.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide analytical insights into aspects of key business decisions includinggotomarket strategies resource allocation process improvement metrics
    and dashboards.
  • Detailed analysis of the pipeline and insights to grow pipeline generation efforts and conversion rates.
  • Identify levers for driving revenue growth and sales efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of sales productivity.
  • Support sales forecasting and planning processes.
  • Provide system and tool support to the field to enhance sales productivity.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to drive productivity and remove friction

What you will bring:

  • 4 years work experience in Sales Sales Operations Revenue OperationsStrategy Management Consulting or similar field in SaaS organizations with
    strong exposure to gotomarket strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems develop solutions andcraft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages
    communications and executive presentations.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Highly collaborative style and the ability to adjust on the fly to new demandswith a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Experience with the platform
  • Power user proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and MSPowerpoint) or Google tools such as Docs Sheets and Slides.
  • BS/BA or equivalent required
