A global fintech company operating in the forex industry is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its client base and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. The company provides traders worldwide with access to financial instruments advanced trading tools and professional support in a regulated secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner networks and other acquisition channels.
Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and retention.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market dynamics to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Deliver persuasive presentations conduct effective negotiations and keep accurate records of all business development activity.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
Requirements:
Fluent/native English speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
Proven track record in forex business development including managing a portfolio generating a minimum of 100150K USD in net monthly deposits.
Indepth understanding of forex/financial products and services enabling consultative client engagement.
Strong sales communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
