Our client is a wellestablished electrical contractor specialising in commercial projects and service operating across SE QLD for over 30 years. Based in Brisbanes southern suburbs this organisation engages with a diverse client base including Tier 2 builders Facilities Managers Retail Providers Private and Public customers.

This wellregarded business provides electrical lighting power and telecommunications services to the Commercial sector specialising in both Construction Projects and Service / Maintenance solutions. The dedicated team pride themselves on providing customers with expert advice and professional customer service with a key focus on safety and seamless project delivery.

Being the first point of contact for customers clients and internal company departments this is an important role and would suit a friendly well organised individual with a keen eye for detail who can problem solve plan ahead and have strong communicative and management skills.

This role will require you to work closely with the administration team and provide support to the service department.

Key Duties include:

  • Customer service answering all incoming calls
  • SubContractor management
  • General office duties
  • Assist with shared admin inbox
  • Processing deliveries and accurately checking materials
  • Database entry maintenance and management

The successful applicant requires:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • A pleasant & professional telephone manner
  • A high standard for customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency (strong Excel skills desired)
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate well and work closely within a team environment
