About the role
- Permanent Full Time Position
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Quality & Compliance Lead to join our team in Townsville. This is a permanent fulltime position (38 hours per week) reporting to the Head of Corporate Services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring ConnectnGrow maintains highquality standards and full compliance with all state and national regulatory requirements. This position is critical to the ongoing success of our training operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ASQA DESBT and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update policies procedures and documentation to meet quality standards.
- Oversee trainer qualifications and CPD requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using stakeholder feedback and compliance data.
- Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to the team.
- Manage reporting obligations and maintain strong document control systems.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a compliance quality assurance or RTO operations role.
- Understanding of the VET Quality Framework ASQA Standards and governmentfunded training contracts.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and apply regulatory changes.
- Experience in continuous improvement and managing audits or validations is highly desirable.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for maintaining high standards across education and training environments.
