What Youll Do:
Oversee all aspects of hospital facilities operations from maintenance to safety compliance.
Lead a skilled team in ensuring our infrastructure supports toptier medical care.
Manage budgets capital improvement projects vendors and emergency preparedness.
Experience Required:
Seven years of healthcare engineering/maintenance experience five of which supervisory level or higher equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with Emergency Management Accreditation Program Standards.
Strong leadership skills and a proactive solutionsfocused mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
Additional Job Description
Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Engineering Technology required or equivalent work experience of ten years directly related management/supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance and an Associates Degree in Applied Science.
Required Licensure Certifications: Valid Drivers License; Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification is preferred.
