Bookkeeper
Our clients law firm in Center City Philadelphia is looking for a fulltime Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of accounting experience including 1 year in a law firm.
This position is onsite.
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing and the General Ledger
Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial analyses
Handle monthend and yearend closing processes
Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable accounts receivable and cash receipts
Help prepare budgets and assist with yearend tax planning
Follow and enforce company policies
Qualifications:
Experience with Paycom or similar time and attendance software
Knowledge of Thomson Elite 3E billing software or similar is a plus
Skills:
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good analytical and problemsolving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Selfmotivated team player who respects confidentiality
Education and Experience:
At least 3 years of accounting experience including 1 year in a law firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word Outlook)
