Financial Controller Thailand (Thai Native Only)
Location: Bangkok Thailand (Hybrid)

About the Role
Were hiring a Financial Controller to oversee regional finance operations for a fastgrowing multientity business in the digital entertainment and technology sector. This role requires a strategic finance leader who can manage reporting budgeting compliance and business partnering while modernizing finance systems to support scalable growth.
Youll work closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy implement operational improvements and drive profitability across multiple revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Lead accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely monthly closings (by the 10th of each month)
- Oversee revenue and expense recognition; reconcile CRM and accounting system data
- Manage cash flow working capital bank payments and payroll
- Prepare rolling 12month forecasts P&L analysis and variance reporting
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings (VAT WHT CIT etc.) and audit completion
- Identify taxsaving opportunities and keep up to date with regulatory changes
Business Partnership & Strategic Finance
- Provide actionable financial insights to business and operations leaders
- Conduct feasibility and profitability analysis for new business models and partnerships
- Lead budgeting cost control and internal controls initiatives
- Support strategic planning fundraising and investor reporting
- Drive digital transformation within finance (systems automation visualization)
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics using BI tools
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
- 7 years of experience in finance accounting or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Fluent in Thai with strong English communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to synthesize financial data into business recommendations
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and project followthrough
- Experience with financial reporting audit tax and compliance frameworks
- Analytical proactive detailoriented and techforward mindset
