Salary: pro rata
Hours of work:Part time 25 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent Term time only plus training days and 5 days to be worked during the school holidays.

The Governors of Derry Hill School are looking to appoint a highly motivated wellorganised and independent person to manage all matters within the school which are supportive to but do not involve the teaching function. This is an extremely important and challenging role and the successful candidate will report to and advise the Headteacher and Governors on a wide range of issues relating to the administrative financial HR and premises management functions within the school.

- strong literacy numeracy and IT skills;
- relevant financial experience;
- the ability to organise and work to deadlines and with good attention to detail;
- high expectations of themselves and others and the ability to enthuse support and motivate others in a leadership role;
- experience of making strategic and operational changes within a workplace; and
- enthusiasm to embrace the Christian ethos of the school.
