What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new instructions through proactive lead generation
• Conducting market appraisals and securing new listings
• Building longterm relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Promoting the brand and driving business development
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Achieving and exceeding personal and office targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Estate Agency experience in sales and listing is essential
• Proven track record of instructionwinning success
• Excellent communication and telephone sales skills
• Wellpresented articulate and confident
• Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Selfmotivated ambitious and careerfocused
• Local knowledge of the North Kent area is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
