What youll do
In this newly created Senior Salesforce Administrator role youll work closely with stakeholders across Sales Marketing Customer Success and IT to own everything related to Salesforce Administration in Australia. Youll optimise LEAPs Salesforce suite which includes Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to ensure high performance data integrity and smooth integration with other business systems. LEAP is a complex global and expanding organisation and your role sits in the Sydney Headquarters youll work with the latest technologies and have exposure to projects that support global platform effectiveness.
To make this happen you will;
- Design build and implement Salesforce enhancements including custom objects workflows validation rules flows reports and dashboards.
- Lead Salesforce integration with other business systems such as marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot Pardot) ERP and customer service platforms.
- Manage user setup roles profiles permissions and licenses across multiple teams and geographies.
- Maintain system security and integrity ensuring adherence to best practices and data compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance usage and data quality; recommend and implement improvements.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform releases and leverage new features to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
What youll bring
Youll have a minimum of 5 years of handson experience as a Salesforce Administrator along with the following:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.
- Indepth knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and related Salesforce functionality.
- Experience with thirdparty integrations and tools such as HubSpot DocuSign Conga or similar platforms.
- Experience working in fastpaced SaaS or technologydriven environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
